Physical separation without losing sight of the process.
A clear machine enclosure can restrict access while helping operators monitor product flow, status and fault conditions. The architecture must also support maintenance, cleaning, ventilation, cable routes, control stations, infeed and outfeed openings and emergency access.

Typical enclosure scope.
- Aluminium-profile or fabricated support frames
- Clear fixed panels and viewing windows
- Hinged, sliding or removable access sections
- Door hardware, interlocks or guard locking where required
- Conveyor and product-transfer interfaces
- Control-station, emergency-stop and services coordination
- Installation, functional checks and agreed handover information
Mixed materials when the process demands it.
Polycarbonate is not always the correct material for every face. Solid sheet may be needed for swarf, splash, bright process light or privacy; mesh may support ventilation where reach distance can be maintained; stainless construction may suit hygienic or corrosive areas. Composite enclosures can use each material where it performs best.
Frequently asked questions.
Yes. Hybrid construction can balance visibility, ventilation, process containment, hygiene and safe distance. Each material and opening should be selected around the actual hazard.
Yes. Infeed and outfeed openings can be integrated, but reach-through and reach-over routes, transfer hazards, product dimensions and possible protective devices must be reviewed.
Often, subject to floor space, fixing points, access, cable routes, ventilation and production constraints confirmed during survey and design.
